Ample and complex, velvety and harmonious, full-bodied and well-balanced, deep and with a long persistence
Vinification: soft crushing and long maceration in contact with the skins for about 15 days. After fermentation in stainless steel, it rests for about 12 months in large French oak barrels. Bottling and refining for 6 months in bottle before release.
Food pairings: it accompanies risotto and stuffed pasta, meat with sauces, game and aged cheeses
