Distillation: the pomace is brought to the distillery after a soft pressing of our grapes in this way the aromaticity of the Muscat grape is preserved to the maximum.
Since our grapes are organic they do not have any pesticide residues on the skins.
The traditional discontinuous bain-marie system is used, which gives this grappa a touch of personality and enhances the aromas and qualities of the original grapes.
