Dry and harmonious, warm and pleasant with a refined, slightly bitter aftertaste reminiscent of almonds.

Vinification: Steel
Vinification: soft crushing and fermentation in contact with the skins for about 6 days. Racked in stainless steel tanks, bottled in spring and left for another 4 months in bottle.
Food pairing: with delicate appetizers, spicy cold cuts, eggs, soups, risotto, tortellini and ravioli in broth, pasta with cheese, poultry, white meats, grilled meats, fresh and semi-seasoned cheeses.
