LANGHE DOLCETTO DOC "giarè"
Dry, delicate and elegant with a floral bouquet with notes of violets and an almond finish. Balanced, good body and moderate acidity.
Vinification: produced in steel tanks, the wine is left to decant until early spring and then bottled. It will then be left in the bottle for another two months before release so that it can best express the character of a unique vineyard.
Food pairings: ideal for appetizers, soups, pastas, risotto and also paired with white and red meats and cheeses.
