CHARACTERISTICS
Elegant and refined wine. It has a spicy nose, with a balanced tannic texture, accompanied by hints of ripe fruit, fig and plum in particular.

Vinification: Barrique
Vinification: soft crushing and long maceration in contact with the skins at submerged cap with temperature control (28 ° C). The wine is then racked into French Allier tonneaux where it is aged for about 12 months. The wine is then bottled and aged for about six months before release.
Food pairing: ideal with traditional dishes, a risotto with mushrooms or sausage, or a dish of tagliatelle with meat sauce and excellent with game and aged cheeses.
