Moscato d’Asti DOCG “Cà ed Balos”
CHARACTERISTICS
Excellent dessert wine, aromatic young and fresh.
Grape variety: White Muscat
Straw yellow color
Aromatic bouquet with hints of peach, orange, elderberry, honey and musk
Vinification: Steel
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. The must is made bright with clarifications and filtrations, obtaining a lively wine through a fermentation conducted at controlled temperatures in autoclave, with the use of selected yeasts.
Food pairings: an excellent dessert wine, it happily accompanies dry pastries, panettone and colomba and, due to its moderate alcohol content, is appreciated as a fresh aperitif. Interesting matching with peach smoothies and soft cheeses
