
Piemonte Pinot Nero DOC “Cantacucco”
CHARACTERISTICS
Velvety and elegant, full-bodied and well-balanced, with soft tannins and hints of vanilla and pepper
Grape variety: Pinot Noir
Intense garnet red color
Scents of blackberries and berries
Vinification: Barrique
Vinification: soft crushing and maceration in contact with the skins for about 10 days, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and then put into 225l barriques to rest for at least 12 months. Bottled without filtration, it is refined in bottle for other 6 months.
Food matching: it is a wine for the whole meal. It can be matched with cold cuts, eggs, soups, risotto, fresh and ripe cheese. Excellent with lamb and game.
