Piemonte Rosato DOC “L’Attesa”
On the palate it is rich, almost creamy accompanied by a nice freshness
Vinification: white vinification with soft pressing. Our press works in an inert atmosphere to avoid the oxidation of the must and to maintain the aromas to the maximum. This is followed by cold static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature (14-16° C). Finally, six months of refinement in steel and a further three in bottle.
Food pairing: ideal wine as aperitif, and in combination with fish dishes, summer salads and fresh cheeses.
