Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG “Majoli”
Intense, persistent, aromatic, fruity, with spicy notes on the finish. Warm on the palate, harmonious, full-bodied and well-balanced, pleasantly soft.
Vinification: soft crushing and maceration in contact with the skins for about 10 days. Racking in stainless steel tanks where the wine is left to decant for 6 months and finally bottled.
Food pairings: aged and blue cheeses, first courses of stuffed egg pasta such as agnolotti, red meats, Piedmontese fritto misto and particularly structured or spicy dishes.
