The well-balanced acidity and the tannin present lead to a persistent and harmonious finish
Vinification: The vinification of the grape varieties that make up the blend takes place separately. Fermentation and maceration last about 2 weeks at controlled temperature (27/28°C). Maturation then continues in French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is then blended and bottled. Aging in bottle for 6 months.
Food matching: it perfectly accompanies risottos, ravioli and pasta with meat sauces and it goes well with stews and aged cheese.
